1980's Complete Outfit Ideas?

Okay, so next week is spirit week at school, and one of the days is "Decade Day" and I want to dress 80's. The thing is, I need ideas for a kind of punk-meets-Madonna look. [Example: Blue stockings, red headband, blah blah shoes] I don't need make-up or hair ideas.

But if you don't wanna do the dress think then you should like wear some tights or leg warmers and then wear a big shirt with the shirt kinda off your shoulder. Like you can get a band tee for that. Put on a lot of fake plastic jewelry. And wear like gloves not like warm gloves but kinda like biker type gloves.
