My friend has been dying to know what color highlights to do, she want's it to look cute but kind of punk-ish, yet not to extream. She has pretty black hair and is tan:

Well, what do you guys think? Can you help my friend out, I can't, I'm the total opposite of her, into the clasic Victorian styles, not punk/rocker, and I have platinum blonde hair and am ubber pale xD. But yeah...HELP!!

Well she should do light and darker honey yellow highlights and she should also give her self a hair cut.

Purple or red. It would look sooooo awesome!! not blue, it's too common. It is pretty though.
